The main reason I fell in love with mamamoo is that out of all the ggs i saw in the korean market, they're the only ones that look like they're actually having fun on stage when they sing their songs. Their adlibs have also always been top tier and you can just tell, even when they were rookies they seemed so comfortable on stage. They never cease to impress me, my queens and my ults
It's been awhile since anyone left a comment but I love to re-watch things and your reaction to "I Miss You" is one I have watched many times. Not only do you appreciate what you are hearing but a person can see how it affects you. Music has the power to change the world and Mamamoo will go down in history as being one of the few groups to have that power.

They are MAMAMOO a kpop girl group debuted in 2014, They are known as Vocal Queens. They don't have a specific genre because they always to try different genre everytime they comeback so basically they are versatile. Each members are good at singing, rapping and dancing. All of them knows how to Write and Compose Music and during their early days they also choreograph their own songs and do their stylings because they came from a small company. but now they are one of the richest and well known ARTIST in korea. Loved that you focused on different things than other vocal coaches who have reacted to this performance and added your own perspective and joy in listening. 😂 There's no MV for I Miss You so if you'd like to hear the full version of it watch their live performance on the competition tv show Queendom. You can find MVs for all the other songs, tho as any moomoo (MMM fan) will tell you Mamamoo is always best live. If you need a list of the songs they performed on Killing Voice or want a translation of the Korean titles let us know. You pronounced Moonbyul just fine. She's aka Moonstar because byul means star so you could use that if you prefer. If you'd like to hear her sing I'd start with her solo song Absence and a live performance of MMM's Ten Nights and if you want something to go with the upcoming season try her solo song Snow. I see several people have suggested the Immortal Songs Medley (filmed at a MMM concert in 2017) but if you really want to listen to them all day I recommend binge watching their 14 of their group performances on the Immortal Songs 2 singing competition tv show. Reactions get blocked by the tv network (unless you ghost the video over the background) so don't worry about reacting and just enjoy the ride. If you do a yt search on Mamamoo Immortal Songs you'll find them or if you want we can give you a chronological list of the performances. I think you'd enjoy watching the development of their vocal and performance skills as they went from eager, audacious rookies to seasoned veterans who are generally considered to be the best female vocal group of their generation. In case you're not familiar with Immortal Songs 2, it combines being a competition with a tribute show by having current singers come up with their own arrangements of classic (immortal) songs by an older artist, who is usually present, with the studio audience doing the voting. MMM started appearing on Immortal Songs 2 in 2015 when they were rookies, quickly developed a rep as vocal & performance monsters, and kept getting invited back. They haven't been on the show in a couple of years but MMM's leader Solar (2nd from left) recently made a solo appearance. All the performances are spectacular but since you're probably familiar with the original recording you might want to start with MMM's radical re-interpretation of the Korean version of Tom Jones' Delilah. It's always great watching vocal coaches react to Mamamoo cause the moomoos are like... "Yeah we know!" Moonbyul is the most credited female kpop artist. She's writes every rap she does and takes special care to make sure they match the musicality of the songs it's why they all sound so unique compared to the other rappers in the kpop industry. She also studies music actively at an institute in Korea.
I legit just found your channel and I absolutely LOVED her reactions! Mamamoo is just such a Phenomenal Group they are Vocal Queens (with Red Velvet) their vocals are just INSANE, their Rap is just Wow, their dancing is always so good, and don't get me started on their Visuals as well! Solar is a powerhouse and super chaotic, Moonbyul is our Handsome Rap Queen, Wheein's Vocals are legit just honey she is also an Ace in K - Pop, and Hwasa is the Queen of Queens she is just Fantastic! Glad you like them, can't recommend Immortal Songs Medley enough. It's from a concert about 2.5 years into their career, and its a mashup of covers they did on a competition show. The performance brings out the best in them (live performance, singing with their house band, pop/R&B/a little gospel inspired vocals) and its sandwiched in the middle of a 3 hour concert. Watch all their title tracks if you want to see how their style evolved over the years from 2014-present, but REACT to this medley 100%. They are an amazing group with an underdog backstory, but they are all vocalists first so its always good to hear other singers listen and break down what they do and don't do well.
Now that youve done Mamamoo’s dingo then next you have to check Bigmama’s dingo. Mamamoo is basically formed to be a 3rd gen bigmama. Both groups are just so 😩😩✨

If you want strong vocals on top of your k-pop music, then Mamamoo is the right choice. All of them are strong singers. ALL of them. They interact a lot with their fans (MooMoos - radish in English) in concerts, like hyping them up. All of them have solo MV's. Their lightstick looks like a radish. Solar - Leader, Main Vocal, Oldest. She's the sexy blondie. Her voice is very "explosive", she's the one who normally get the extended notes. She's not afraid to do weird things (for South Korea standards), like learning pole dance (Egotistic), using a monobrow (AYA) or a bald head (Spit It Out - Solar's solo) in a MV. She also has a channel called Solarsido and does all kinds of stuff you can imagine. She's the ultimate crackhead of the group. Moonbyul - Main Rapper (of Mamamoo and of the nation) and Main Performer. The "androgynous" one. She actually entered the company to be a singer, but learned how to rap and now is the best female rapper in k-pop. Her low voice united with her melodic rap flow and her ability to write her own lyrics makes her talent shine. She's also super greasy (in a flirty way) and is also de girl crush of the nation. She likes to have a more androgynous appearance and prefers more masculine dancing styles, like in her solo MV "Eclipse". Wheein (my bias) - Lead Vocalist and Main Performer. She's the one with the soft, honey voice. Known as the backbone of Mamamoo because she's not normally the one to get the most highlights, but she makes most of the harmonies with the others and her a very versatile voice. Can reach very high notes, like Mariah Carey in the high point of her career (the whistle like voice - Wheein shows it in the song Woo Hoo). She's a genius artist who can do everything well, like learning how to play the drums for a concert in no time (she's really playing the drums in HIP's MV). The most reserved and introverted of the group, but shows her funny side when she's with her members. Cat owner. BFF with Hwasa since school. Participates in Hwasa's solo MV "Twit". Hwasa - Lead Vocalist, Lead Rapper and Maknae (youngest member). She went through a lot of hate (still does, because some people are idiots), because she don't fit South Korean standards of beauty, but she didn't give up on her dream of becoming an idol and now is the most popular member of Mamamoo and a beacon of self esteem for those who don't fit beauty standards. She has a very commanding presence in stage, but she's the softest member in real life. Her voice is lower and husky, which also tell her apart from most k-pop singers. BFF with Wheein since school. Participates in Wheein's solo MV "Easy".

Absolutely loved your reaction! Mamamoo are such gems honestly. Vocally they’re one of the biggest names in Kpop too! If you’d like to hear more, I would recommend their Immortal songs Medley (link below) But if you’d like to head another group, I would recommend Big Mama and their video on Killing voice (link also below)! They are a group that made music together in the early 2000s, stopped for a while but are back again (they are all aged between 39-50 and their voices literally aged like fine wine. They were vocal coaches themselves as well!!). And the rapper in this group, Moonbyul - is also a wonderful singer but doesn’t get much singing time in Mamamoo imo. So here are two songs I really liked of hers - a cover of a song called “Trying not to say goodbye” and her song “Snow” which are both very very sentimental.
