BJP was main opposition and TMC got biggest victory and first time in the history of West Bengal wining party and second party margin crossed 10%. BJP vote share decreased from 2019 to 2021 election and after 2021 BJP is finished in West Bengal and CPM emerged second largest party. In West Bengal Hindutva politics never work, Ram isn't worshipped here Durga is.
