Pretty good review! I got to this channel because a while ago Chris of Weartesters mentioned you on a video, I've been watching many of your reviews and they are great videos. I had this exact colorway and balled in them outdoors (in a pretty rough surface, almost like sandpaper) a couple of times and the rubber didn't hold well, so I kept them for indoor, workout or casual wear. I think the OG cushion was lunarfoam in the forefoot, but this rendition of phylon is pretty soft and mine have not bottomed out. Keep going with the good work man, greetings from Mexico

Appreciate the support! 🙏🏻 I believe the original Kobe 4 used phylon as well. Lunarlon started being used since the Kobe 8. Thank you for the feedback on outdoors as well!

It was a Lunar foam unit in the forefoot (like a rectangular Zoom bag) and Zoom in the heel, full length Phylon midsole. These were basically a low top of the original Hyperdunk at the time.

Thank you for the honest review, I remember buying these for me and my little cousin back when they first released (wizenard cw) and I hated them… I had to use a bootleg Nike zoom insole to get them to feel comfortable 😅
