I was running the spectrum 160 amp ESC with a 1650kv motor. However, the ESC didn't fit well and I wanted a sensored system with data logging capability. Solution? The MMX8S with 1260KV motor!

Yes it does woukd not recomnend ic5 connectors they are gonna get hot

Haven't had a problem with ic5 yet. But with my xlx2 I went with qs8.

Does the 1717 1650kv motor fits the chassis?

Yes it sure does! However, with my size pinion I'm running I can only secure it with one screw. But I have a PPS motor mount on the way!
