Mango Pappu:

Red Gram - 3 small Glasses
Wash 3 times
Water - 9 Glasses (Same glass used for Toor dal)
Onions - 2 Medium size (150gms)
Chop into pieces
Take aside in a plate
In Soaked Dal:
👇
Turmeric powder - half tsp
Red Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Chopped Onions
Mix Once
Raw Mangoes - 2
Peel off Raw Mangoes
Make into pieces
Take aside in a steel cup only
Place Mango pieces cup in the center of Cooker
Oil - 2 tbsp
CLOSE LID & GIVE 4 WHISTLES ON MEDIUM FLAME
OPEN AFTER 4 WHISTLES
Add Cooked Raw Mango into it
Take water aside from Cooker
Save this Dal Water
Salt - 2 tsp (According to taste)
Now Rubbudu Program
Now Leftover Dal Water
Ready for Tempering:

Oil 2-4 tbsp
Switch to Low Flame
Cumin & Black Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
Leave for 10 seconds
Add Crushed Garlic pods 7-8
Fry for 20 seconds
Dry Red Chillies 3-4
Make into pieces
Fry for 10 seconds
Curry leaves - 2 stems
Fry for 15 seconds
Add Asafoetida (Hing) - pinch
Fry for 10 seconds
Add Tempering to Cooked Dal
