I was there in Utrecht in 2005. I had seen mama Mia in Toronto and in Prince Edward Island. Later I saw it in Sarnia. Honestly the Dutch one was the best.❤❤ I didn’t expect it to be, knowing they translated it, including the songs. Well that was it’s strength! And of course it was carried by Simone and the highly qualified cast. As an extra gift we met some of the dancers in the “tram” on our way to our vehicle. What a night it was. Every time I am back in Holland I try to catch a theatre production. I also saw Simone in Annie MG Schmidt. Very emotional after Guus past. She is my favourite Dutch performer. Still going strong. Thanks Simone.

Almost. Except for Tanya. The original Tanya was Ellen Evers, but Dominique van Vliet replaced her in the second season. Also Sophie and Sky are understudies here.
