If you stay left and go medium speed, it's doable.. I rode it again today and then video'd an alternate line to the right... It rained pretty good last week and all the trails have changed big time. I'll be posting a full pull of upper and lower velocity in the next day or so...
Thanks for the compliment! Rode today, it's really rutted up from the recent thundershowers etc.. so definitely do a sighting run to see what obstacles are new etc. Let me know if you want to ride!
GNARLY! I wish my cam would have been running when I stuffed it like that on Shotgun last week... I'm Old and had to lay there for a min before continuing.... But I made it down... 👍👍
Glad that was a small fall... on the first part of that video I think I saw you clocking in at about 32mph... your video and audio game is solid. Are you a local up there?
Yeah I am.. Was on the road for 5 years in my sprinter 4x4, now calling Mammoth home for a bit.. Trying to put up a video for every run at Mammoth Bike Park. I'll be posting a few more runs in the next couple of days.
@@TheMarkList Dude congrats on the Nomad gig ALL OF US are jealous... for sure. I was up there 2 weeks ago when all that rain fell, and yes those guys worked a lot of trails... I was thankful for that. I foolishly went down "Shock Therapy" and nearly killed myself... that run is NO JOKE. Thank you for posting all this great footage on what many believe is one of the best Parks on the west cost... some purists might argue the Washington stuff... but its too wet and sloppy these days. Loving your view of the area.
Yup, that's a double black section.. i'll get that posted soon. (i'm almost positive the sign says double black for that right turn there at the fork) and even still, I think the 'Pro' rating is not accurate. It would need to be a sustained level of difficulty all the way down.. like velociraptor or techno rock. I'll be posting a full run top to bottom shortly. Hope you had a great weekend riding!
@@charliefoxtrotter not even close to being a pro! But still I like to perform at my best.. Especially being 57 years old and racing guys in their 20s!
