No more constant yappy barking in that neighborhood anymore. Sure its wrong. But its also what happens to overly aggressive small animals that don’t ever shut tf up. Lesson learned, the lesson being you can be as aggressive, loud and intimidating as much as you want, but there are things and people out there meaner, crazier and more aggressive than you.
I feel the same way as other people are and I would run over our chihuahua with my mom's car 'cause he barks and gets a cold every winter and it bothers me that he coughs when he gets a cold.

They say dogs are man's best friend, but the CDC reports statistics on dog attacks in the US and it shows that 4+ million family dogs each year attack someone in the family, because that's what a "best friend" does...Dogs aren´t angels and need discipline.

Looks like an accident. Think of how small the dog is....he looks behind himself to backup-dog comes out, he then drives without the dog in his view...obviously he didn't do it on purpose. Common sense folks, try it.
Heather Perkins he did do it on purpose cause if you watched the one by Moto news tv or whatever something happened with his wife and that’s why he did it after this he got arrested and charged with animal cruelty.
The guy has anger issues, but you know, everyone who is posting about how he should die for this needs to realize that they are even worse than he is, because he just killed an animal. Was what he did mean? Sure. Was what he did something that he deserves death for? Heck no. Spend a few days in jail, fine him, and make him take therapy. He's got obvious issues, but he probably has anger issues. Putting him in jail for a long time is a waste of money unless we think he's a threat to the public. Get him fixed. Being vindictive isn't the answer. And dogs are not people, so the idea that he should die for it is quite silly. This isn't even all that cruel as far as such things go.
Not cruel? This is non-human behavior ... It is cruel to kill a living creature like a dog that is the most innocent of creatures. I don't know, maybe the dog bit the guys' wife but an animal like a dog can't take responsibility for its actions. It would make more sens to me if he ran over a human because people know what they're doing and they know (or should know) the consequences of what they are doing. I'm not saying it's good... :p But , a dog, no matter what, is kind to you and will give you affection. So it's not because it's just a DOG that it isn't that cruel. It's because it's a living creature with no innocence. Well that's my explanation... Or maybe you're just trolling and this post is totally useless, which I am fine with.

Super late to the party. Guy was going through a messy divorce and wanted to get revenge over a house the wife didn't sign over to him. Apparently they had 2 chihuahuas. This here is the male one, who obviously died moments after the video ended. He was found by a neighbour and tossed in a trash bag, but when he saw the CCTV he reported it to the police. He initially dismissed it as an accident but saw something suspicious with the guy. It should be noted that the second chihuahua, the female one, was never found. He presumably killed it too, but didn't disclose what he did to it or where he dumped the body.
This looks like an accident to me... he was looking back when reversing and due to the acceleration at the start he didn't have time to realise there was a tiny chihuhua in front of him.

His head was just flopped to the other side.. but once the blood started spirting out thats when he started seizing up, thus causing his head to flop to the right
Since this video caught the guys face/car and license plate does any one know if he is being charged for animal cruelty? Or anything? Justice has to be served that's a harmless dog.

I know many of you that have commented may not like that type of dog, but they are not ugly, dumb, and annoying as you think. That dog right there was in pain and was dying, and you guys just laughed and joked over it.
