His name is Michael David Parker. He ran over his wife's dog and her other dog was never found. He was sentenced to 16 months in prison.

im going to do the same with him and make sure he suffers the double of that poor dog and say to him "if you can do it with a dog, than why wouldnt i be allowed to do the same with you"
