Parma police have provided more details about what happened when a speeding vehicle allegedly struck a stopped car, crashed into a house, and hit a 4-year-old girl on July 4.
Police and fire officials say a car speeding down West 54th Street Thursday night first struck a stopped car, crashed into a house near the intersection of West 54th and Velma Avenue, and finally hit the child.
