you can also put the D-End on a seam flat. the side you choose depends on what side the offense attacks. that takes away drag routes & quick hits

Definitely have been noticing I’m getting bagged in man more than I want to recently and have been trusting it a bit more on defense as well. have been mixing it in with dollar and out of 3-3 cub as well

I just run a bunch formations and based on how the players are lined up I make a change to the routes.

Also, tip for anyone using the 93 megatron cb. If you have him as your cb1 and you want to run man. just do what this guy does with the ooutside corner and put him on a deep zone. I say that cause his man coverage stat is like 84 or something not good. putting him in a deep zone makes him play the receiver much much better.

Everyone users the lb while I use the cb and trying to implement these defense videos does not work because my lb is always torched. Im not a lb im a cb.

More people run man now because there are more decent man corners and WR power levels arent spiking that hard in the middle tiers of cards. But all those “little vulnerabilities” are gonna get exploited to death by any decent player. I only run man coverage if I know for a FACT that my DBs can dominate the opposing WRs.

I thought i was going nuts yesterday. I was running my normal plays against this guy running stock man coverage and he was bagging the absolute shit out of me. Instead he was in 5-2 going against my gun bunch. So he was blitzing 5 every play. I ended up beating him but he gave me a run for my money.

You don't need to since it's already default shading for Cover 2 Man But if you need it for other purposes it's Y/Triangle and then down on Right Stick
