I'm glad you said something, someone has to stop these disrespectful people. I wish they would do something EVERY TIME someone touches the guard! It seems to happen frequently, another reason the public should have to be by the pillars of the arches and NO closer. You want to touch a horse, go to a petting zoo!
Well done Abdullah for telling the MOD officers. Looks like he got a good talking to by them. Charges could be pending I hope. No one should touch any part of the guard, sober or drunk.
I saw this on another channel and commented that this young guard was taught during his training that no one is to touch the guards or manhandle/mishandle their mount, one yell from him to get back would have brought at least those two MOD police out right away - the channel owner immediately deleted my comment - not a good way to grow his small channel when someone who knows more than him about the Horse Guards history - thank you for immediately alerting the MOD officers about this creep - 'interesting' that they walked him unto barracks property (where they have full authority to arrest him)
What the heck did he think he was doing? Very odd person, how did the guard not notice? A lot of people get away with too unfortunately not everyone reports it like you and Buska
5:37 - I don't think the horse had quite finished drinking as it watched in disbelief as the bucket of water was being carried away by the soldier. 7:33 - What was that about other than someone being damn right creepy!!
Some of them do, it depends on the guard I think, this one didn't even notice he had been touched. I am never shocked or surprised about the ignorance and stupidity of any of these visitors to our country and sometimes our own people behave
@@annbeirne9583 I've seen tourists enter the box from the front and tourists enter the box from the back and the guard never even noticed them until they are leaving the box. Even then they still say nothing.
That’s what I thought, I saw him touch that sheepskin part but not the guard himself. May have missed that part. This guard takes no nonsense usually. Bless you all.
Seems the man is drunk it's not the guard's leg been touched the black cloth in between ,,,,check your video....its good the police took him to question to know if he has problem coz he's under the influence of alcohol....🤔
the sidewalk area is public property and the MOD police have little authority, that belongs to the London police - their full authority rests on the barracks property to question/restrain/remove/arrest -
9:13 good to see the Captain or lieutenant,( couldn't see the pips on shoulder) come out to check both of them. Drunk or sober you respect the Troopers horse and rider dont touch reins or trooper. End off. Wonder what happened to him. Love the way the horse (Monty I think?) watched the tourists often looking at the tourists standing by them.
Guy touched the flounce, not the trooper, which isn’t great either of course. I think he was holding the chain strap thing under the horse’a head too before that, & then had his hand on the front of the horse’s neck
7:55. Policeman. "How you doing? What's going on?". . The level of ineptitude is staggering! If he doesn't t know what's going on why is he talking to the guy?!!
Thank you to the three comments regarding the role of the MOD police , so many people bad mouth them and say they do nothing without knowing their role at Horse Guards !
@@Jamie_Wulfyr If officer knew what had happened why say 'what's going on?' Why not, 'It's been reported to me that .....' 'What's going' on is just so silly!
