Ask any woman in the Army. The PT standards were updated a few years ago and women had to perform at the exact sawm standards as men. 80% (i think 85%) of women could not meet the standards. They eventually lowered the female standards to reasonable levels again 😂

A man and woman can have the same start time in a multi lane course, but not be competing against each other, which is what is seen in this video clip.
What was impressed with was how amazing the cameraman who took the video was. He didn't have to navigate the obstacles, but he had run at the same pace while keeping the competitor centered. That was awesome.

OK, this should be taken with a pinch of salt. I'm a 40 year old man, with 5 siblings, and my mother raised us all alone from when I was 10 and my youngest brother was 6 weeks. And it's not like my dad died, he cheated with the neighbour, at the worst time to, because my mum had to travel to her homeland to Bury her mother (my grandma). So my mum really has proven females can be independent. But my mum is a rare case, since all these women claiming independence, when you look at it, they're not independent at all. Case and point Beyonce Knowles, she sings claiming independent woman, bills bills bills, etc but her husband cheated on her, and she stayed with him! Again, most women on the rich list inherited or got their money through divorce settlements. I think only Oprah and Kylie Jenner didn't.

My then boyfriend now husband cried in front of me when his mother called him and he showed me a picture of her. As he was explaining how she tried to unalive herself with a shotgun because her husband was an abusive alcoholic, tears were shed as he sat there thinking about seeing his mom in the hospital afterwards.
