@rm5282 if you are REQUIRED to pay child support then all you have to do is REQUEST to the judge & the mother that a dna test be done to see if the child is yours. It's a CHOICE, it's not something that needs to be mandatory when you have the option to do so. There is no law or regulation that says you can not get one. Sometimes the court may pay for it Sometimes you will pay for it.
