@@sukarmsingh8447 what you say is the truth, I had am absolutely amazing chiropractor years ago and the few times I hurt my back or strained my neck he would basically see me once, correct the issue, then give me stretches and exercises I could do to help strengthen the area. There was not repeated visits, he would just diagnose the issue, correct the gross misalignment and help to relax any tension in the muscle, then send me on my way, and I'd be good. That is as real as any doctor I've ever visited. I think sadly a lot of people in the industry are greedy or lazy and just try to keep people coming back for issues that just need corrected the right way first. I'll miss that doc for all my days.

Reminds me of a massage therapy continuing education course I attended years ago. My friend who was there with me had frozen shoulder and couldn’t even lift his arm to shoulder height. The instructor worked with him for just a few minutes and he had nearly full range of motion by the end.

I know just how bad that feels. Many years ago I broke my elbow when I slipped on ice. And ever since my elbow clicks because the bone did not knit together properly. Now I have tennis elbow because of it. It's where the sheath that surrounds the tendons becomes inflamed because of strain. Very painful.

Take a hair tie that ladies use for pony tail and place it around the knuckles of fingers .Start doing extensions. Hundreds. In 2 weeks , let me know how you feel. Strength almost back and pain almost gone .Good luck. ! I was a lot worse...

@@23beverly23 Place the hair tie over all 5 fingers / around the knuckles. Start from relax position with fingers semi bend to full extension. Do as many as can until feel tiredness. You’ll feel the wrist and elbow muscles working. That’s what you want . Do reps of 50 . Driving, sitting down watching tv etc . In 2 weeks the benefit is major . Huge improvement. If one hair tie becomes to easy add up another one . Can do thumb and and index , and middle finger together etc Good luck 🍀!

u r right. at the same time, misaligned/ lesioned radius (most likely, rather than ulna) causes inflammation of the surounding tendons as it is not operating in the right tracks so to speak...by aligning the bones, lots of pain and discomfort has gone away....now the overexerted tendons will have open route to heal.

Ikr. 🤦 I am a massage therapist, and I just laugh at this. I totally agreed. Most of my customers that go to him, ended up not being healed. They came up to me and told me they went to him. And still in pain. Of course, years of pain, it won't be solved in a day. Duh! Expensive too, I feel like he takes advantage of people's hope for healing.

I definitely been fighting golfers and tennis elbow for thee past 7yrs It gets so bad it flares up for a few weeks at a time and is frozen. Body goes into shock and get feverish aches due to the pain. Stabbing, hot/burning, and aching nonstop shooting pains.

I would advise against just starting exercises, especially in this case. Epicondylitis radialis alone is defined in 5 different categories, each pointing towards (slightly) different causes for the underlying problem. That is not to say exercises are bad for this kind of problem, just don't start blindly engaging in exercise without understanding what is going on, cause if you don't the symptoms can get worse. Symptoms this severe may necessitate a surgeon. In any case, go visit a physiotherapist. Even if the symptoms don't go away, they will be reduced with proper treatment.

It's an adjustment, problem is the problem will come back - it's out of alignment due to the way he uses his muscles pulling it out. What this doesn't tell you is how to re-align it and keep it that way.

I cured my tennis elbow by doing exercises i found on RU-vid, it took around 3 weeks. There are also temporary exercises that alleviate the symptoms short term(which is what i suspect he was doing). I highly doubt that this works and fixes tennis elbow long term.
