Solid training, Brett. I've been enjoying the podcast, so had to check out your channel too. Good idea to get that massage. I usually think muscle tightness is the most likely culprit for various painful symptoms and knock on effects, including this nerve irritation. If it's not the muscles causing the irritation, what else can it be! Keep up the good work 👍🏃

Thank you Mark. The sports massages have been a great help throughout this training block. I'm hoping I'm out the other side of the injury now so fingers crossed.

I love your high cadence running style. Good luck for Manchester. Looks like there'll be a lot of RU-vidrs there.

Thank you. I think I started to run with a higher cadence after injuring both my hamstrings which shortened my stride. It seems to work for me so I just go with it. Manchester should be fun hopefully. Thanks for watching

Love the editing style for this video, looks like a good week of training, you put me to shame with the amount of S&C you do 😂😂 I need to up my game, well done as always 🔥🔥

Thank you man. I've stepped up the S&C this time as I don't want muscle weakness being my downfall. We'll see though.

Im a cadence runner with a quick turn over nowhere near your pace i tend to suffer with hip and glute pain..have always put it down to my shortened stride and my hip flexors getting over wound..the only thing i find works for me is hip mobility work..nice route around Tardebigge...great video👍

Thank you Gary. Yep, I have really stepped up the hip mobility and strength work so hopefully that does the job.
