Thanks to Shania for recognizing that this is a win for everybody: her fans, the public, the venue, all the hard working musicians, and lastly the great performer and artist that Shania has been for decades. We need more artists like Shania who cares for her fans and her band. A win-win for everybody. ❤
Elia has taken over the spot of best pocket drummer, long held by Phil Rudd. Then the Reprise kicks in, and she shows her star and stage talent and takes the song a next level, and Cory goes right with her. It's a shame she isn't on the 2023 tour. I'm hoping to see a return for the 2024 residency. It's such a difference when she is setting the table for the other musicians and driving the groove with that huge fat drumming pocket playing.
BTW Cory I am really grateful for your loyalty and friendship with Shania all these years, you are family to her and you are family to us and that's why I follow your music and work. Loyalty comes a long way and means something. From your fellow Vancouverite

Hi...I just have a marshall profile on my Kemper and in the fx loop of the Kemper I have an old line 6 pod pro which has a fuzz pedal effect that I use to give it more honky mids but that's it. Don't put too much overdrive and use your fingers to create that zztop vibe
