Hello sir, I am getting the error mpc 0000011. It does not shift into gear due to this error. The machine is running but it does not shift into gear. What is the solution? Can you help me, thank you, good work 🙏
I dont know about error code, but if you engage gear and suddenly turn off the engine can be some faiulure in gear box, or worst clutch discs stock prob due to faiulure on gear box communication to gear.
About 45k per engine, had to change both heat exchanger tanks and due to oxidation of the aluminum, complete change with brand new kit, both bell joints, plus all about gaskets, belts, filters, stripping, sanding and repainting, the use of a big crane to remove and reinstall. Luckily we had did have not to touch cylinders and pistons, as we manage to stop the boat before any damage that will force water to enter that parts. Also had to check both propeller shafts, and so changing of both tresle seals ( at this stage i am using google translator, in case it sound funny) Anyway thanks for your comments
@@diegosboattube6262 I really do not understand why you needed to take the engines out of the boat if you were not going to do full overhaul? just to take the heat exchanger and gaskets may be the oil seal on the crankshaft due to oil leaks, might be possible to do inside the engine room.
oh yes my friend...the bill at the end of the refit was about 100 G's maybe just for the engines 70 G's but those engines did not have a proper service for more since built, and as you can see in video an almost full strip have been done.
I think the updated version of this engine cost about 100k, than need gear box lever and cables, control box other 30k the installation also. Hopefully 150-160k per engine but not sure
