@Ben Dover they are not ilegal. I just told you how you make them legal. Newspaper adds are considered notice to the public. It's a legally binding statement. Like affidavit. It is called Maritime Laws. Birth certificates were created by the Niacs which are the people of east and south Africa. Due to the fact they were getting snatched in large numbers to be sold as slaves in unknown countries, they decided to mark their children at birth and they would be given a last name referring to the father and that way even if they are scattered throughout the world by the scares they would recognize each other and who they are and to which family they belong to. @@finflwr Not to cooperate is the easiest thing, even easier than to breath, as you have to do nothing. No special skills, education or tools needed. It's your choice. It's only depending on your priorities.

However, I still need a home for my family, so a modicum of playing the game has been needed to achieve this as I've not got enough cash to buy property. My question was how to exit the system and still have a home specifically? I tried to say I didn't want to be on the Census once, they said I'd be fined a thousand pounds. It's all very well until you try to actually not pay your tax, bills, answer the census etc. then you find out they have criminalized non compliance and a nomadic lifestyle. Even sleeping overnight in a vehicle is now criminalised.

Do the research, Sarah. It is extremely important that people nail down the history and the legalese and understand it. If you end up in court for any reason, this is where your knowledge will be of utmost importance. If you have an attorney, you will need to understand that the court then considers you incompetent. You have to know the legal (code) and the law (common law) in order to protect yourself and not require an attorney. I have listed several people to learn from on a stand-alone comment here. Look those people up as a start and that will get you on a good path. But, I do encourage you to consider the variations of what these people say. There are some differences and I think it really depends on what is true for you. But don't let the fear of the variations take over you. BTW, it is my strong belief you will need a passport. There is a very specific way to get that passport so as to maintain your ability to travel freely. Some reject that idea and that could be to their determent. You've really got to be on the ball with your knowledge in order to shed the entire system. I also recommend people get together locally or at least in your state via video to help each other learn and form a solid community.

Legal status and lawful status are quite different, legally when we pretend to be a person we’re downgrading our status and choose to have hue-man rights instead of wo/man’s God given rights... it’s more of a legalese trick that anything, we’ve been called persons instead of people so that everything that applies to corporations applies to us, a world where everything needs permission (from living men and women) which makes sense for corporations with no conscience, but not for fellow men and women standing under God / conscience.

BUT, I very strongly caution that people must be diligent in learning and stuffing as much knowledge in their brain as possible because if you do come cross-hairs with the legal system, you cannot expect to be relying upon anyone but you in a court. When you understand what the court system actually is, then it makes sense. The court is nothing but an extension of the banking system. When you understand that legal code is corporate code then it starts to put the picture together. Knowing how we got here is just as important as the basics. There are some good books on the market as well. I have a pretty strong list of people, books and such but no website as of right now. I have my domain but haven't had the time to launch a site to give people a solid means by which to find the information necessary in order to detach from the system.
