Tens of thousands of pennies were weighing on Andreas Flaten’s mind until help arrived. After Andreas gave his two weeks notice at work and asked for his final paycheck, a pile of 90,000 oil-slicked pennies showed up at his house. Andreas tried cleaning the pennies off, preparing to cash them in. It was proving to be a time-consuming process, but as news of the stunt got around, one company realized it could help. Here in Argentina we have to sign a receipt with each paycheck. One copy is for the employer and the other for the employee as proof of payment.

If this employer denies having dumped these pennies outside his former employee's house, he still owes him his wages.
