Big time. I used to work in the industry. High pressure sales. I think people getting misrouted was on purpose to get them to my department first. Even if they called in angry or even crying, I had to try to sell them something. In the end before I quit, I just quickly transferred them to the correct department instead of trying to sell them. It wasn't worth my time, getting yelled for something I knew the customers were right about. That's why I like streaming. If you decide to cancel, it's a lot easier than canceling cable TV

The best way to cancel is to take your equipment to a providers store, hand it over the counter, tell them to cancel services and get a receipt. Same as every other cable company.

@@williamfryman4360Doesn't work. They will put you in line. They always try to seel you another service, and if you refuse and tell them you just want to cancel your subscription, and they tell you fine but then don't do it. Eventually, it do3es become a legal matter, whether you want or not.
