Access to your energy should be expensive. 4. Do NOT only express your boundaries. YOU MUST show them. BOUNDARIES ARE SELF RESPECT. 5. Always be ready to walk away. 6. Show that you are focused on actions not on words. 7. Have a healthy degree of skepticism. You’re not naive and you’re not negative. 8. You must be willing to say NO and you must be willing to lose the man, if needed. 9. Never EVER chase a man! A truly worthy woman, (who knows her worth) does not EVER chase a man. I've seen dozens, maybe even hundreds maybe. A lot. This is the best one I've seen. The one I like best. Speaks to me. Human to human. Says things. I liked that bit about 'not here to learn'. Yep. I had that message: that we came to learn. But I've also always had the idea we come to experience. Picked up the 'to learn' thing from NDE vids really. Believed it. Now he says no. I got to think about that. Sure the spirit doesn't need to learn. I can accept that. I was thinking it did, that we are experiencing simply in order for the spirit to learn. But okay if I accept the spirit doesn't need to learn and simply wants to experience then that still leaves us here with the task of at least learning the truth that we should live according to love doesn't it? I needed to hear this. I started focusing on frequency music like 432hz and 528 hz around the time my Aunt was transitioning. We were told she had a short time and the spirit told me early one morning to tell her daughter to play that frequency music while she was laying in the hospice bed versus having the tv playing all day and night. Same, I felt my cousin thought I was crazy or something, but I sent a text to her early that morning like 3 or 4am. My cousin never played that music to her, thankfully my mother believed me, and told my Aunt about it. Not to long after that, my Aunt passed away, but she been coming in my dreams very frequent to visit and to send messages. One time in the dream, she got up from the table once she gave me a message about one of her sons and left quickly to a door. I tried to go after her and tried to through that same door, but an invisible barrier wouldn't let me go through that door. when she was alive I didn't get a chance to tell her that I loved her, but in the dream I yelled out saying those words. I walked away from that door sad, but then she yelled back saying " I love you too!" Her visit helped me cope with her passing. oh, t.he message about her son came true as well
