Me too. But unfortunately, i dont think that i wouldve stuck up for her, because the law enforcement system is so messed up in my country that i would be in more of a fuss than the dude who actually should have been convicted.
While I dont believe its "right" to take photos of someone against their consent, I dont think its anywhere near as big of a deal as society and a lot of these guys brain-washed by society act like it is. First off, the nude body is nothing, not a big deal, nothing to be afraid of (there are many societies on earth today who still live in the nude and they are happier and healthier than the average American) and this picture still captured at most the outer body. I discovered at the age of like nine the truth about many things that unfortunately lower IQ members of society havent realized for themselves, things like god doesnt exist, no consensual sensual human contact is wrong between anyone provided health precautions are taken and its a pursual of mutual pleasure, cursing isnt wrong, nudity isnt wrong... Society is still in the dark ages and has a long way to catch up.

You can place someone under citizen's arrest. Physically take control and arrest them if your fellow man has been criminally victimized. Call Law Enforcement and hand them over to them when they arrive.
i was wearing a skirt in target and a guy came up to me and my bf and told me that some guy was taking pictures of me from the back and zooming in and told me who the guy was and i was so grateful he had the kindness to actually tell me what had happened. if it went for him i would’ve never known…
I doubt people would turn a blind eye. Id bet a lot of people back then would have beaten that pervert to a pulp, especially if she was their partner or friend.

At my old school there was this kid who I honestly feel like would have done something like this to me thankfully im homeschooled now and probably don’t have to see him again. I have anxiety around people but especially men now I’m terrified whenever someone’s behind me now even though I haven’t seen him for like 4-5 years :(

Thats a crime too, the path between civil courage and criminal acts is a thin one, you cant force them to anything if you try to lock them in the elevator preventing them to leave you are literally commiting a crime, if you see an actual crime like someone shooting another person you can even clynch em and hold them down but if you do it about a photo where not even a face is visible you end up in prison for that, its gonna backfire, already happend many times take care.
