It's bewildering watching this now...how Casemiro has declined within matter of months..Licha is injured..Varane doesn't have his partner in Licha..those three at the back with Dalot/AWB and Shaw were so good last season..Eriksen's replacement in Mount didn't work...but atleast Mainoo is being terrific..Rashford is off it..Sancho turned into a snake..
I’ll never forget the Tottenham game. The goals were dry but the brand of football we played that day was memorable. I really thought ETH was the man for the job. 😅
you thought? He still is. That Tottenham game just shows that ten Hag can play really good football, it's just that the players give up when they don't feel like it.
I deliberately took time to respond to this because I knew Man Utd will prove my point time and time again. Truth be told half of the teams in the league play better football some with worse players. We do not dominate play under ETH. He gave many red flags before the season started. I’ll name just one. Signing Mount whilst Maddison on the market is crazy business. Tbh I’ve had enough of the guy. The lack of accountability. I just want to enjoy watching my team play again. Like some patterns of play expansive football create clear cut chances. I would get De Zerbi next season.
@thabolepota2359 "I deliberately took time responding to this" my arse. You found my reply and didn't have a response to it, so you've waited for us to enter a bad run of form just to say the same point _again_
@YameenRahman Did we even have a good run of games this season mate? Get over yourself. It’s fans like you that don’t want Man United to succeed. Tolerating mediocrity and lack of accountability from dead managers who change their style of play cause they lack the backbone to stick to their philosophy. We have more than enough players to play to better football than the terrible football we seeing right now but we’ve already seen ETH thinks he knows everything. Get rid in the summer.
@thabolepota2359 I do want Man United to succeed, and constantly changing managers every 2 years will not lead to success. Arsenal got Arteta in and finished midtable for 2 seasons before finishing 5th and all of a sudden finding themselves in 2 title races, and are also in for a shout of the UCL this season. You have to trust the process and stick by the manager through thick and thin.
Best has yet to come imo! Mainoo has stepped up at the perfect time, and the brief 3-week period where we had Licha and Varane both at the back again with Hojlund banging in goals was fantastic. Just an unlucky year this year.
Not at all. There's more of a case for Fred because we've been having midfield problems all year, but he was terribly inconsistent. Onana at this point is a direct upgrade to De Gea, he's come good.
What a difference one season make. They were ruthless in attack last season & defended decently. THis season, they just cannot defend & attack is toothless
@@ScoreTvgkomg I just saw, the tiniest touch. As a Manchester United fan I think that was a soft one lol, I know chelsea player didn’t get the ball but he did the minimal touch to Bruno
We have had 65 injuries this season. On GW 37, May Anthony debut again, May Martial return, May Rashford Turn UP, May Bruno create 12 more chances to make it to 120 chances this season, We do not have Pastor Fred, May Mainoo be Kobe.
Under Ole: - United reached a new all-time record of 29 away games without defeat, spread across 3 seasons, which included back to back league victories away at City Under Ten Hag: - United smashed the top 6 at home last season BUT - lost all their away games to the same sides last season IF only United could find a manager (or Ten Hag develop his tactics) to put the excellence away from home and at home together in the SAME season!
For ole to win away only means he lost at home, so how does that make him better than tenhag.. besides you expected to win at home than away... That same tenhag has the best overall win percentage after fergie and that was done in his first season with a United that was a mess
@@hilmaenduwa814You seem to have misread what I said. I did not say Ole was better - even though there is an argument that he was, slightly, in that he finished 2nd to Ten Hag’s 3rd. What I was actually highlighting was that (1) Ole was better away from home and (2) Ten Hag was better at home - last season. This season Ten Hag’s home record has not been good - with losses to Palace, Bournemouth, Fulham, Brighton and City (so far). The clear point of my post, which you seem to have missed was United’s need for a manager who could do equally well at home and away. I would have thought that an uncontroversial statement.
Let me spell it out for you. IF you take United’s away record under Ole in 2020/21 and Ten Hag’s home record in 2022/23 these are the totals United would have amassed against City’s actual points in each season: 20/21: City 86, Utd 43 (Ole away that season) + 48 (Ten Hag at home last season) = 91 points 22/23: City 89, Utd 43 (Ole away in season 20/21) + 48 (Ten Hag at home last season) = 91 So, if United had been able to put together Ole’s away form in 20/21 with Ten Hag’s home form in 22/23 - in the SAME season - they would likely have won the league in both seasons 20/21 and 22/23. Now it ought to be obvious that United need to have a manager capable of doing very well both home and away in the SAME season. Do that and United would be serious title contenders every season - and win titles in some, if not most, seasons.
You are clueless. Football is a result base game not how much you outplayed your opponent. No one cares how well you play if you don't get the corresponding results.
One thing came to mind reading this... this guy must be happy and love his life. There's no way anyone that shit talks RU-vid video titles and its contents could ever hate life so you should be good! 👍🏼
One man scored in 5 of those 6 games. Marcus Rashford. Yet, you have some in the fanbase who cannot stop slagging him off, and want him gone. Strange fanbase.
@@joshhfletchh4841 I like him as a player nothing to do with off the field just Purely based on his football from what we've seen of him before he was going to be a super talent but that vanished suddenly and he will probably never achieve what he could have if a big club stood by him and nurtured his talent to the next level. I am united bias but I really wanted to see this young lad be a success at united.
That rashford goal vs city should not have stood Since I’ve been in the game I’ve always understood that if an OFFSIDE PLAYER INTERFERES IN THE BUILD UP TO A GOAL IT DOESNT COUNT… why this didn’t get called off if beyond me but we still win the treble baby
@@ManiPlaysYT he literally ran to the ball and made the other defenders react… that’s textbook offside same reason why van dijks first goal against Chelsea in the efl cup final was disallowed
This team is full of clowns the fact that y’all made a video of them is absolutely hilarious. No way y’all actually think that this team deserves your attention 💀
