Training Plans>ON Training Plan Recovery Rates>Light (quicker recovery and match sharpness) Training Plan Availability>Manual+Automatic Play Training Drills>OFF Development Rate Seniors (Senior Team)>Normal Development Rate Youth>Normal but if you want you youth team to burst onto the scene choose Fast.
As a physiologist I say when things are going bad do not get angry,relaxa keep calm or change your team style .because some team style are not good for your team
Just restart. Then play the game on beginner level. Get the results you did on the previous career mode and get back to where you are rn with the same results and same situation
Hey mark! Helpful tips here: the X button on DEFENSE is where you can shoulder barge the opponent, works best with physical players like De Ligt. On ATTACK use the L2 shielding function (tap L2) and you’ll get an animation. *When playing through balls* utilize the L1+R1+Triangle to do a precision through ball to help get past the ai defensive line easier. To help *defend spaces and mark runs* double tap R1 and the two closest players will mark the opposition’s players so the ai can’t play passes so freely in the middle or final third. You can also move the keeper manually by pressing down R3 (Right Joystick) and moving it in the direction you want your keeper to move towards, only as a last resort as it’s not as effective in fc 25. Also the *Low Cross* (Double tap Square if you use Classic) in those crossing situations where you’d normally use triangle or x. I know you probably know this one but also the R1 + X when attacking to get those crisp hard low passes for less AI interceptions. looking forward to more fc 25 streams, cheers mate.
When you set up the career save, you can set training plans to 'Always full' which basically means you don't need to do it. It's a bit of a cop out but i can't stand doing it so i've used that setting.
Too early for me to comment on the gameplay but the sheer improvement for a career mode player is definitely worth buying the standard edition. Everything is customisable and nearly every prem player has a face scanned in this year
Don’t know if you will see this now Mark but you’ve messed up the start. Yes you’ve turned training off but there’s also an option to leave sharpness and fitness “always full” So you don’t need to train them. The way you’ve set it up you need to constantly play the same 11 to keep sharpness up. Also on your play style. When using the “simulation” sliders you need to play to how your tea is set up tactically. If you try to play how you do on default you’ll keep getting found out like you are being. The player speeds are slowed down so you can’t sprint 30 yards without getting challenged so you need to be focusing more on passing football than wing play really
Hi Mark, you have the training plan availability set to manual + auto. This means that sharpness training (different to regular training) IS turned on. All you have to do is go to the tab in game and change to performance focus. You can find it under the squad tab. You will have an automatic plan and a "manual" training plan. Hope this helps!

Goldbridge try go to the squad tab and scroll to the right. You should see training development plans there. You didn't turn off training plans altogether
Using a player a lot in training and matches will improve their sharpness but lower their fitness, while resting them will do the opposite. It's therefore important to make sure you hit the right balance with each of your players.😉
Hey Mark, just to let you know the old red card glitch is back where you can switch out the player who received a red and still play with 11 men. (You have to switch them at the referee red card action and not after it) It worked for me but only once out of the one time I've gotten a red so I could've just gotten lucky but still try your luck
You can't increase the sharpness because I think u might've disabled it during the start of the career mode, hence u have to start a new save and keep it enabled
Mark I had the same problem I didn't want to do the training so just started a new one and put it on always full option that way you don't have to worry about its abit annoying but it saves alot of bother
You can’t move your players around in FC25 as more focus has been given to how you set your tactics up, regarding your training you’ll have to set a new management career up Mark.
My career mode is sooo broken. On settings I disabled all transfers and every single team is making huge transfers… I chose the option not to play training drills and it’s giving me the option to play training drills before every game.. is anyone else having these problems?
I found that if you set the CPU shot error much higher (between 78 and 95) the AI has much more realistic shooting. They still score it’s just not guaranteed from every angle and every shot. PS if you think that it’s unfair you can set your shooting to about 68 and it should make it “fairer”/more realistic. Anyways good luck with the rest of the career mode.
It might not be the training it could be the play style you have for the players like how you can have them on full out fitness and then not do you know what I mean
restart, sort all your silly settings and then sim to date. go through calendar and understand the results and how the different alternate universe had it all unfold :)
U might call it a joke for £70 but if you think about it logically that's a one off payment of £70 that u can spend as much time as u want playing it for a whole year..... If u went to the cinema that's like £10 plus food let's say £20 minimum If u went on a night out £70 gets u a decent night out U got to a footy game there's like £30 just for your ticket You have to think of it like the game is a form of entertainment and I bet u will spend alot more than £70 through out the year on entertainment that will cost u a hell. Of a lot more than £70
Wish he went back to the old method of making a 30-40 minute highlights of every game he played and the key moments. I preferred it more rather than watching a whole unedited 1 hour 35 minute stream.
You didnt actually put it on no training, you put it on "Fixed". There is 3 settings, one of which (as it says) keeps it 100 fitness and 100 sharpness, you didnt do that.
