I've been quite lucky with slugs this year (touch wood) but sparrows have also been a nightmare for me, they stripped two small rows of green beans, and severely attacked peas - I've now netted them but anything they can get that's poking through or close to the netting they still attack. Your plants look healthy! My garden has been plagued by slugs this year. I've found an effective way to deal with them. I throw them on a concrete slab and stamp on them in my docs. The flies eat every scrap of their bodies - all gone by morning!
