Them finding out about stacking is adorable tbh. Also, despite my testing with stacking I somehow never realized that the mob on top actually controls any creature underneath. I thought it was just for normal jockeys, but the cow/zombie and villager/zombie seemed to go right after players!
Day 2 of asking: Anxiety bar. When you're too anxious, you start shaking, you get slowness and nausea, and maybe even lose hunger/health! Dangerous mobs (like creepers and zombies) make you anxious. Also high cliffs and lava pools, and when you're about to drown. I think it would be so cool lol
