The only crimes they believe he’s committed is only traffic violations. They can prove that he’s recklessly driving, they have to have sufficient evidence from his instagram and TikTok. He’s also being indicted on fleeing from authorities. They have no proof that he’s at flight risk. He has a right to a defense attorney. All he has to do is stay quiet and not admit to anything. So in this case he has right to bail. He will return back to court and get no less than 1 year in prison. Trust me this guy is going to be let off the hook.

When the Marines retired the AH-1W Super Cobra Gunship Helicopters, they should have made them available to State Police and Highway Patrol. The Super Cobra was capable of speeds up to 170 too 200 MPH. Regardless, you could never outrun that 20mm, three barreled gatling gun. Chase would be over in an instant.
