Tip for people diagnosed with kyphosis...tackling kyphosis is like working out, as much as you want to stop you need to push through no matter how much it burns. Every little progress in the right direction is that much closer to your remedy, don't lose hope just cause recovery isn't an overnight success, always focus on the goal not the obstacles!

You can buy massage guns in shops now . There around $150 I use one and I no longer get migraines as it’s very good at loosening up tight muscles . As for the spine get a back bend thing to lie back on you need to stretch yourself out . Even if lieing back over a ball

He needs to get a blood test done for Ankylosis Spondylitis. He might have stalled bone fusion by being active but the hump and neck are text book Ankylosis Spondylitis. The clicker was probably used because of fear of Ankylosis Spondylitis. I have it and saw a chiropractor for years but once my hump was fused he could not push on it and used the clicker.

I help people with chronic conditions daily, however my clients and I joke I am an Ancient Torture Massage Therapist lol. They want it though because it works, I do cupping almost every session, and a lot of deep myofascial releasing techniques for long term and permanent relief. My work is a mix of deep tissue, circulatory, Chinese massage/acupressure, structural/Rolfing, and Thai deep tissue stretching. 💆🏻‍♀️💆🏼💆🏽‍♂️ Ps the Y strap is a technique done in Tui Na using two towels in the same positions and applied traction to relieve the spine all the way down to the hips.
