How would I get this to work with VSCode?

Hey! I had to close my terminal and when I tried to do "ssh-add -l" nothing I did previously existed. It was like I did nothing. Does that mean that I have to do this whole proccess everytime I close the terminal? Doesnt make sense to me but idk why that happened...Could anyone help please?
