Sir Patient have primary hypertension which Antihypertensive drug Prescribe

Dr one slide says ACE I and ARBs should not be used together. A later slide says a combo of ACR i and ARB reduces proteinuria. So can they be used together or only in diabetic nephropathy?

Best antihypertensive to reduce diastolic BP?

T2DM can be prescribe ACE inhibitors or ARBs

Though beta blockers are not the first line drug , if the patient is taking beta blocker for hypertension and it is not controlled (160/100 ) can we increase the dose of the beta blocker or can we add the ace inhibitors with beta blocker sir?
