Given *"Talia's"* attitude throughout the video, she deserved to be fired. Her attitude is worse than *"parasitic".* It's one thing to be entitled to something if she earned that entitlement. But the way she belittled Jenna's clothing, etc., that's not how you conduct yourself. It shouldn't matter who your family is and what stake they have in the company.

@@jasoncarpp7742 It does matter. That company is most likely finished as the dad will sell his shares in retaliation for firing his daughter and the net worth of the company will absolutely tank. Most likely they will get bought out by another entity and the boss's position will no longer exist so he will no longer have a job. A mass exodus of a huge investor is the last thing a struggling company needs. And to anyone who says "The dad might not retaliate for firing his daughter!"? Stop watching RU-vid videos. The real world very rarely works like how they portray it.

Keep the one with highest numbers not longest service. Quality not Quantity I'd rather a 4 day in employee who makes money for the company rather than a 10 year in employee who dies nothing but rides off others success
