@@bellmeisterful but they proved her entitled ass wrong...pfft tried to snag a free meal. And if it was SO terrible how come she scoffed everything down her gullet. Prime example of a little missed soon to be used to be. 🙄
@@bellmeisterful lol u watch reviewbruh lol what the heak u know bout good food i think u just trying to give her pussy pass sorry but the whole internet plus inside edition has denied that pass nice try tho
They give them free food in hopes they will get good publicity from it. This restaurant was already known for being excellent and didn’t need publicity so they charged her and she probably didn’t like that.
It's free speech, she is entitled to say her opinion and tell she found the food disgusting. However on the opposite side, this channel just did them positive promotion by telling his food is wonderful. That's free speech both ways.
@@Hope-Dasher You can't slander people but you can slander a service or a restaurant if you disliked it. Doesn't matter if you disagree or you found it good while someone else had a completely different experience than you. Free speech. Not going to discuss this further.
Justin spice not THAT rich, not on the level of Taylor Swift or Oprah. Perhaps only a bit richer than the average Americans. She's not Ryan Seacret, just a so-so host on a so-so show.
The fact that they took 60% of her food costs just to keep the customer, I find them to be a very generous restaurant aka they REALLY don't deserve this. :·(
Beck Styles you’re wrong, then is spelt right....just the wrong usage. He should’ve used than. Than is when you’re comparing, or describing something. then is when you’re describing past tense, or just time in general.
@Enclosed Pool Area DUH! If you would just get the encrusted seman from your ears you would know it’s newsworthy because it’s Kay Delia or whatever her name is. Big celebrity.
@@supertev Well...that is sad to hear but it must have been doing something right if so many customers responded positively. Unfortunately not every business survives but that still doesn't change the fact that Cat Deeley behaved like a spoiled, pampered, entitled brat.
I had to be reminded why she is supposed to be famous. Truthfully, I had totally forgotten she existed, until I saw this video and watched it. Now I can go on with my life and she will again fade slowly from my memory.
First time I hear of this woman. Her attitude was disgusting and she might be tight with money so why won't she order from Burger King? It's a lot cheaper
@@paulstewart6203 Right!? I literally just had the worst food I ever had in my life and the few people I told about it I have them full details why lol
Sadly I used to watch her all the time growing up, she was on a tv show with Ant & Dec called SMTV that was kinda like a friends skit, they played to a live audience and it was aired on TV. She was funny and cool back then. However after that show ended, she was on presenting something else, and she screamed and sweared to the audience.. altho apparently that was actually planned, some kinda parody of something. Anyways I would never have thought she'd turn out the way she did 😩
@@paddington1670 Shes supposedly worth $15 million. If she spends like she’s worth $150 million that $15 million will be gone pretty quick and from the looks of her she’s quite young. I have no idea who she is. Does she have any talent? If she started to run out of money could she start getting more gigs to make more?
Saving/me hahaha ikr Don't be surprise if this restaurant gets popular cause of her rant somehow. People say restaurant is gross nasty disgusting to the point you need to avoid it. Instead of listening to their rants. I'd still go. Don't believe anything you hear, until you experience it
Benny Sanchez if they get more customers than usual. The manager and chefs shall thank her on Twitter for making them so popular. All from a rant. Think before you rant saying somewhere is terrible. Cause you never know what the real outcome will be. In your head, you think this rant will through them out of business. When suddenly the opposite occurs and they gain popularity.
Going to the restaurant, showing the food and giving it a good review was just flat out classy. I have no dog in the fight but I feel very grateful that you did that. Thank you. Also, I wish that server good luck at his auditions.
i'm a millionaire, and I don't believe in taking random wwomen dates and paying for meals... i haven't for 4 years... I only go on dates where the woman pays for herself and proves she is worth my time and money....
I'm glad you ran this story. It's a terrible reflection upon her, more so than on the restaurant. Even if she didn't like the food it's not right to use her public platform to be so incredibly disparaging.
Her latest Facebook post's comment section was filled with comments shaming her on her behavior to the staff. I commented pointless websites on her posts. The spamming is fun and pointless, but again, she's also pointless. We need to ALL team and up and go max spam!
I was a server for years, working at multiple restaurants through two college degrees. Bad food alone is NEVER a valid reason not to tip. The server doesn’t cook your food. Also, if a portion of your bill does get comped, it’s common sense and decency to still tip on the original amount. Stop treating service people like your personal punching bags.
Well said, my brother had been a server and knows it too well. Blaming waiter for bad food is like blaming weatherman for wrong weather, he didn't predict the weather, he only reports the predictions others made.
customers shouldn't have to pay waiters, they need to revise those laws about owners being able to pay waiters less maybe. you're not obligated to help other people.
I was part of the opening staff at that restaurant. They were sued by employees for unpaid wages and they were shut down. They were *ssholes for sure. I'm not a fan of Cat Deeley, but she's 100% right about the former GM. Cheers!
" Shouldn't have to pay for any"? Isn't she the one who earns millions just from doing the basic of jobs and is a No Brainer? Please! Most people in the world have to work for their money and aren't spoon fed.
I am surprised that she would act like this. She always came across very well apart from the time she started cursing at the audience. She left the UK for the US and then we never heard more from her. Not sure if she is a star in the US or not. I bet she wrote those tweets while she was still at the restaurant. If she had waited until later or the next day then she would have calmed down and not have used such vitriol. I refuse to believe the restaurant was that bad. The whole thing is puzzling to me.
The restaurant was only trying to calm this crazy bith down so she wouldn’t take revenge on them. They weren’t ”idealising and worshiping” anyone. Just trying to survive!
I worked at a restaurant when I was a teen and the same couple would come in every week and order food and eat it then complain that they didn't like it and get 30% off by the manager. it was such a scam.
People who think they're important think they can talk down to people in the hospitality industry. Shame on her and anyone who think they can behave the same way.
Celebrities like her uses their status and power to act all high and mighty but they're still human, like the rest of us, even if we're poor or just some employee. She doesn't even deserve to be a celebrity.
I really hate when people run home and go on social media right after they’ve had a bad experience.. deal with it yourself with the people who you had a bad experience with. Why do you need everyone on the Internet to comfort and support you. And I have a really hard time believing that the wait staff at a very upscale restaurant was so horrible that they deserve not a penny tip, The story says a lot more about her than it does the restaurant
I’m in favor or reviews: positive and negative. But that wasn’t a review, it was a senseless tantrum. She should say in a civilized manner what was wrong and while she wouldn’t recommend. This “tip” from her doesn’t help anyone.
Looks like someone's too big for there britches. She just wanted the meal comped so she didn't have to pay. Even though she has the money to. Plus the server didn't have a damn thing to do with the food. There was no reason to stiff the server.
glad that inside edition decided to do this report and right a wrong. so terrible to do to a restaurant and its workers who need the money to support themselves and family, when cat deeley had pms basically.
Cat Deeley was only mad because the restaurant didn't see her as a big enough star to comp her meal. She felt embarrassed in front of her entourage who were probably expecting a free meal! Before this incident, I had no idea who this woman was!
She was a kids TV star here in the UK in the mid 90s. I honestly had not even thought about her in the past 25 years but I won't forget this story!! Ever. Haha. Awful woman
@@rahuldahoob I had no idea she was British! She is a guest in our country so she needs to behave. Restaurant employees talk to other restaurant employees so it wouldn't surprise me if there was a bit of dirt in her food, especially when she doesn't tip!
A little secret to everyone. Never say publicly that u don’t like a restaurants food it’s an extremely bad look and tacky. Just don’t go back to the restaurant ever again. It’s that simple!
Yeah, everyone likes different things when it comes to taste. If you got terrible service or found something gross like a hair that's one thing, but to complain because you dont like it and dont think you should have to pay for food that you didnt like but still ate anyways? Yikes!
It’s essentially a famous person using there fame and power against someone smaller then them to get what they want. Obviously she didn’t want to have to pay for 200$ worth of food, she felt that her fame was worth free food at any restaurant. And then she went to Twitter to destroy a restaurant all because she had to pay her bill.
