We are using high efficiency burner, what is the requirement for low throughput in order to ensure no soot while cofiring.

what are the tuning requirements for the trim air demand under low throughput conditions

how do you verify the flow distribution through the converter, are you using any software like CFD ?

the RGG burner is frequently choked and has high backpressure, what are the inferences ?

In low feed throughput, we are not able to control the main air valve as it cannot control the flow within the requirement, any solution for that ? We are operating it on manual and therefore there is no control over the ratio and results in poor stoichiometry and conversion, also the flow transmitter is also not accurate in the low flow conditions.

When we go for co-firing it produces soot in low feed conditions, what are the options ?
