I tried the recipe. Turned out very nice. Needed 5 and half cups flour for 200 ml yoghurt and 450ml milk+water. But very tasty dough. Thank you so much. Have been looking for the recipe for months. 🙏🙏

I went to my friend Mustafa's restaurant down town in my city in Denmark with my vegan sister. We had falafel, some dips, manakeesh, flatbread and some salads in what I think it called a Mezze. I don't think I'll be sharing this video with my sis as the dough wasn't really vegan. :-) We both thought it was vegan and it is probably best that my sister will never know. Great vid though and I think that as a non vegan I'll try to make this myself though I will not have the help of your mother :-) I loved the Manakeesh at Mustafa's place.

Was the temperature supposed to say 450 for 12 minutes? I cooked at 350 and it looked only partially cooked so I left it in for another ten minutes. It was delicious either way.
Dude the graphic says 2 cups of yogurt and I’ve been mixing for like 20 minutes. Then I watch again and y’all only put 1 cup… but wrote 2 in the recipe
Can you please clarify. In the recipe list, at the beginning, it says 2 cups milk and 2 cups yogurt. However, in the video your mom said that she is adding 1 cup of yogurt and "the milk and water." I am craving mana'eesh and will thus have to improvise but would love to hear back. Thank you!
@@abbyjaconcepcion-henry1385 4 cups (520 g) all_purpose flour 11/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp instant yeast 2 tbsp (25 g) white sugar 1 1/3 cups (320 g) warm water 1/2 cup (120 ml) vegetable or canola oil. This is the recipe I use. I guess you can substitute half the water for milk.
All good .. please remove the plastic gloves.. hands are good you need wash No to plastic.. it gets mixed up.. don't use Avoid plastics as much as you can Think of olden times how they did before plastic
