Hahaha do you have evidence to say that Telugu is not derived from Tamil. Tamil is the mother of Dravidian language. And many and many words derived from Tamil to Telugu. I have a proper evidence for them In Telugu you use the greetings as it is in sanskrit. Like namaskaaram, dhanyawaadalu... But in Tamil we don't Our letters are reasonable that. Telugu As the oldest language in the India. It originated before 600 BCE Even we have the explaination for the world sanskrit . While the other language don't. I don't say that other languages are worst. But I am here to defend

Both languages have common words because they are living in close proximity for centuries. Telugu has common words with kannada also...they are even more like sounding than in tamil..that doesn't mean telugu came out of it...

@@tarunisri2981 can you say any word where tamil borrowed from Telugu with evidence. Can you remove all the sanskrit and Tamil words from Telugu. If you do so then you can't speak anything in pure Telugu. Even I removed all the sanskrit and other mixtures I can speak Tamil fluently and write in that. Ready for challenge

I am from krishnagiri district tamilnadu ,my mother tongue is Kannada but I studied in Telugu medium school in 80 s because that time Telugu and Tamil languages are equally treated in tamilnadu !!! After Stalin emerged as a CM of tamilnadu he closed Telugu medium schools slowly .... If anybody wants to study in Telugu medium also can have to learn Tamil as a additional language it's must .....learning three languages means it's difficult so that Telugu and Kannada children's are now a days prefer to study in Tamil medium only !!! Tamilnadu leaders act like such a narrow minded

Hello ... actually telugu people are very hugely spread across Tamil Nadu...becasues andhra and tamil nadu are once same state as Madras presidency...so many people are in TN...once upon a time hosur,Chennai,Krishnagiri,dharampuri are telugu regions...once upon a time hosur don't even have tamil schools ...only Telugu schools are there .....many andhra regions are got merged into tn at that time
