Manathakkali Keerai Chutney, this is very good for our health. Actually, keerai recipes are very healthy for the childrens. Actually, they don't eat it if you make it as keerai thuvayal. Instead of that, you can make a manathakkali keerai chutney. If you make it as chutney, your children also eat it. Lets' see how to do it. Take the kadai and pour some oil. Then add the Urad Dal with and fry until it turns brown. Now, add 5 to 6 Garlic, Cumin Seeds, Pepper, 5 to 6 red chillies, Curry Leaves and One big size Onion. Now, add 3 Tomatoes and fry all the ingredients well. Close it and fry it for 2 minutes. Now, we add manathakkali keerai into this mixture and mix it well for 2 minutes. Now, Turn off the flame and add tamarind and 1 cup cocunt, salt as per requirement. Finally, put the mixture in mixer grinder to make a fine paste. That's it.
