Ingredients : 1kg Green Beans ( frozen for freshness whole )
6-7 Chicken Legs
1 Red Bell Pepper
2 Onions
5-6 Garlic Cloves
Fresh Dill
Fresh Parsley
200g Chopped Tomatoes in Tomato Juice
1tbsp White Flour
1tsp Sweet Paprika
3 Bay Leaves
100ml Sunflower Oil
1tsp Dried Thyme
2tsp Chicken Seasoning
Salt
Black Pepper

Start by slicing small cuts on both sides of the chicken legs, season with salt an pepper , and add 100ml of oil in a pan .Let the oil heat , then add in the chicken legs.
Fry them really well on both sides on medium heat , until you get a golden colour. While the chicken legs are cooking , chop the onion and bell pepper into cubes. Once the chicken legs have fully cooked, take them out into a bowl and use the remaining oil to cook the onion and bell pepper for 5-6 minutes until you get a golden colour. Add sweet paprika, chopped tomatoes, bay leaves, thyme, the greed beans and 500ml of warm water. Put the lid on top and let everything come to a boil on medium heat for 30 minutes.
While that's cooking , make a mix of white flour and water , then add it to the green bean stew to thicken up the sauce .Mince the garlic and chop up the fresh herbs.
Add chicken seasoning to the green beans, pepper, salt and add a further 250ml of warm water, then put the lid back on. Once everything dry thing has cooked, pour in the white flour and water mix , the mince garlic and if the sauce is now too thick , add a bit more water until you get the preferred consistency.
Put the lid back on and let it all boil for another 5 minutes, then add the fresh herbs and the chicken legs . Let eve fry thing cook for another 2-3 minutes on low heat then your green bean stew with chicken legs is all ready . Enjoy !
