Your description of Pearl is spot-on!!! It is very unique, but such a beautiful fragrance. Instant Crush is my favorite fragranced in my collection, but I can see Pearl moving up Very very quickly. I just got it 2 days ago so I still need to put it through its paces. Holla.
Hi Polly! I got Intensitive Gold Aoud on you recommendation and I agree - very nice, clean scent. I get a lot of citrus and water notes. Interesting, I need to wear it again to see if I get the rose. Anyhow, I love it. Thanks for the recommendation.
I am happy that you like it, it is one of my favorite fragrances in my wide collection. You are the second that tells me that they do not get the rose. I get more rose than citrus, maybe because it is a different kind of a rose a soapier one, you do not recognize it as a rose. Give it time, the longer it sits, the more rose comes out, I promise.
It’s funny but I don’t get rose either, when I sniff my skin, but when there’s a breeze of air I get a soft slightly sweet rose. The rose is in the projection but not on the skin.

Hi Polly, wanna ask, does Gold Intensitive Aoud smell similar to Wisal Dahab (the golden Ajmal bottle behind you)? I see lots of upvotes for that on Fragrantica
I was just looking for reviews about Wild Rose Oud....As you describe it, it's more simmilar to Roses Greedy than to Roses Vanille with oud combo. Is it? By the way, and again, I'm so in love with Gold Intensitive Oud! It's so unique. Every time I use it I feel like I'm at Dubai's airport. I feel like I've just found my signature scent, and it's true that with breezy the sweet rose activates and it feels glorious.
Roses Greedy is all about the Jasmin. Roses Vanille is a sugary musky rose. wild rose is less sweet and less musky, the citrus is felt.. still not a fresh zesty rose, only in comparison to Roses Vanille. Wild Rose is an easy rose, not too anything, a bit deep, a bit sweet, a bit zesty, a bit woody... very everyday rose. I'm glad you love Gold Intensive Aoud, it is a stunner! Those are my kind of fragrances, it has melody and beauty.
@@mizzchoc10 WOOHOO!🥳 I love the Gold Intensive Aoud which is less oud and more fresh soap rose if you like Light oud. Gold Aoud is more oud and wood with rose and sweet Mandarin orange and pepper, stunning. Aoud Vanille is a dry oud, many love it, I have an 8ml and for me it's plenty. Also Aoud Exclusif is nice with Cinnamon, also an 8 ml is more than enough for me personally. Crazy for Oud would be another, and one that I would consider a full bottle of. I still have more to try but so far those are the ones I have.
Wild Rose is unnecessary, but the others would be great! Pearl is perfect unisex for a year round and mostly summer. Gold Intense would be a musky oud but without the usual darkness of oud rose fragrance, Aoud Orchid will be terrific for a man, now it's one of my favorite Manceras..lol on a man I think wood and amber will come out more, and the coconut isn't a synthetic sunscreen type.
For me Dark purple because I am very aware of the teakwood. Wild Rose has wood but I do not detect a direct and specific one so it passes by me as non existing. Dark purple is more unique and interesting, Wild Rose is great but not woow.
@@polly2018 I’ve asked for a whole bottle of Dark Purple. Let’s see! Now I have a question: is Wild Rose Oud simmilar in some way to Dark Purple or they are totally different perfumes?
