I’m a ramper right now. Not going to say the location or airline but it’s a major airline, at a major airport. I’ll admit there’s some that aren’t gentle with them, but the vast majority of us don’t blatantly throw them like this not caring. Simple fact is, he’s creating more work for himself. The way we see it, if we have to touch the bag twice, we’re either not doing the job right or are overworking ourselves. So we do the job right the first time, which makes everyone happy, and reduces the work load on us.
Happens all the time. Was sat at Manchester airport terminal a few years ago with a pint watching out of the window at one baggage handler kicking hell out of a bag trying to force it into the cart. Always used a hard shell case since I witnessed that.
That's not true you moro-n. Dum-b mexican. Frustration can be an effect of stress, poor diet, or lack of sleep etc. There are many more reasons. Your lack of critical thought makes you oblivious to human behavior even on a general level let alone specific action.

Just use high technology machinery, the luggage automatically arrange by itself nicely. So everyone working here will lost their job, that what they want, coz they're not responsible for their job. Good luck... The pity one is for the workers who're responsible for their job, better resign the not responsible worker n dont involve another worker b'coz ur attitute...
Uhmmm. Okay. I worked ramp for a year and did exactly this position. You really gotta try hard to throw bags like that. You seriously gotta sling them. We tossed some in a rush, but never YEETED bags like this. Bad attitude, and making the team look bad. Needs to be removed/reassigned to another department. Even on a bad day, don’t break other peoples stuff. Don’t make your company look bad man. 😕
I worked at Belgrade Nikola Tesla airport in 2004-5 for lost and found, there are cameras everywhere and if handler would be seen do something like that at end of the they on the exit they would just take his badge and day don't come back
Strict action is not taken by airport authorities hence they are careless but our articles & baggage is broken because of these stupid baggage handlers.
This was filmed during covid,he got a phone call just before the flight ,he asked if he could go home the company said he could after the flight hence this reaction
We all have those days 😂 i think a lot of people don’t actually like their jobs but doesn’t mean resigning is that simple when you have bills to pay. I’ve seen people in the healthcare industry making worse mistakes but we don’t tell them to resign. Most of the time it’s the backbone of society that have to physically push themselves to earn pennies while politicians who don’t do their jobs properly get bonuses regardless of how many mistakes they make.
Baggage handlers have 30 mins to get your luggage from the plane to the belt, otherwise they will face consequences. Thats why he's throwing them onto the trolley, probably because they are behind schedule. The one who isnt doing the job is the guy at the cart, as he should be stacking them onto the trolley, to maximise the amount of bags into the cart. The bags will most likely be heavy (thats why they are in the hold) so hes following d safe handling practices. If he did it any other way, he could injure himself
So unacceptable. Ramp agents have one of the most important positions in the airline industry. Safety is our number one priority from the baggage to the passengers to our crew and our planes. Not cool 😤
