The officers are trained to subdue aggressive people in a professional way. What the video shows is a man on the ground being kicked in the head. He may have been aggressive towards officers but once restrained there is no need to kick him in the head. This was inappropriate action by that officer or officers

Instead, the police officer repeatedly kicked and stamped on the man's head. There is very clear, irrefutable evidence of the police officer stamping on the man's head as he lies on the floor.
