This should be how an award works, everything should be consistent. The Best award is not given to the Most Popular Player. Don't get me wrong, for me either Messi, Haaland or Rodri are victims (as a Cityzens, I hope Rodri gets the award more than Haaland). The people who should be condemned here are Fifa and the Nation team Captains, they did not respect their right to vote. They just want to attract media attention.
