Very intelligent and eloquent, so composed, well informed and cohesive in his speech. There's a lot of things that's not right within this government because we've allowed people to con parents during such hard times. Barely a year in office and yet the amount of corruption is crazy. I liked Mandago's style of leadership but after this fiasco I don't want to here about him.. How can his people elect him as a Governor and then a Senator, after which he then steals from them.. His property should be auctioned to recover the funds and he should also be behind bars.. No apologies

The issue of housing is another classic scandal loading....in 5 years time someone will have pocketed billions of money. Example, we have over 15million workers in Kenya, if they siphon let's say 10ksh from each person per month, in 4 years they will have pocketed 7.2billion shillings, that is a whooping amount to reinstate the power

I'm sure these individuals were at their most vulnerable point. I heard of this deal in 2021 and told my friend it is too good to be true. Because, I didn't see why money should be paid to a County Government account rather than directly to the University account. What was the role of the County Government in receiving the money?
