Prince Harry has marked Nelson Mandela International Day by giving a UN keynote speech in New York. The Duke of Sussex was once “fortunate enough” to meet the South African anti-apartheid leader, as were many other members of the Royal Family.

I believe you are wrong in this. He called her Elizabeth and was the only person to do so. No one among her family or friends address her as Elizabeth. And she never corrected him or requested he change he form of address. I have read this from numerous reliable sources over the years because the queen was anti-apartheid and Mandela respected her efforts to end it.
