My ascendant changes in 3 minutes of birthtime.... using the time my parents told, Mandi+Gulika are in my 2nd house leo, no other planet there. yet I have all family support, and savings (even without working) no debt or money struggle. ...should I consider moving my birthtime 3 minutes to Mithuna rising, then mandi is in 3rd which is good? or is there things that could cancel mandi effect (example the dispositor sun is exalted) ?
