Mandarake is a wonderful chain store across Japan that resells used items. I've been using their website for years for the likes of anime merchandise and have never had any issues. I just recently started using it for Blythe dolls and it's great to be able to buy older dolls that haven't been unboxed yet. Japanese people seem to keep their collector items in great condition so I tend to judge based on the pictures posted for each item. I've noticed that "box damaged" usually just means a minor dent or something like that. However, if they state that the item has been used/opened then you're less likely to get it in perfect condition. You can also find different stock of the same item that might be cheaper which is great for collectors on a budget. Thank you for sharing this informative video, hopefully more people are able to buy their dream dolls now! 🤍✨
Tammy, you did a fantastic job with Star Dancers. She looks so pretty and as always, a very informative video. Thank you so much for sharing the information.
I've also purchased from Mandrake before, after watching an older video of yours about where to purchase Blythe dolls from. I think I got my Candy Carnival from there and I was pretty happy with the way that it went. Obviously, you always need to be careful when buying online and the website is a little busy to look around but you can definitely find some dolls on there that are unavailable through CC-Toys or Junie Moon.
Thank you Tammy, for this informative video. You got a new subscriber. 😊 I just recently purchased a Blythe doll from Mandarake and one thing I quite like is if you don't want to register an account with them, but have an account with amazon japan, you can use this account to connect and pay.
