Heres some holiday fun down in Mandurah chasing the famous Blue Swimmer Crabs. We started well, then struggled along to end up with a good feed. Chilli and Garlic crabs cooked in the wok, it doesn't get much better... Enjoy!

Nice one Ian 👍 , how long in the wok roughly? I've only ever boiled em up, might try frypan and some butter next time 🦀!

8-10 minutes on medium heat. I also chuck the lid on the wok to keep some steam in. You’ll never boil them again once you’ve had them in the pan.
