"Puff puff pass away" is a word joke on smoking, Thomas killed him because he took his cigarette. Puff is the sound of inhaling/exhaling cigarette smoke. When you pass a puff, that means you pass the cigarette or the joint. So they changed "pass the puff" to "Puff puff, pass away". Clever little line. Is it clear now?😉

The song talks about stereotypes (those who make rock take drugs, are obsessed with sex, Italians always hot, etc) and the video plays on stereotypes. Tarantino stereotypes (the colors, violence so senseless that it becomes funny, etc.) And, after, the biggest one is that the members of a rock band always hate the Diva, the frontmen ... and in the car, while they travel, each of them dreams of killing him. Then he appears ... and he's a jerk as they imagine him. I really liked it very much, especially the writing on walls and floor (By the way: Damiano smokes really too much). Nice reaction.

that "cos' I'm Italiaaano" is more to do with stereotypes of foreigners towards Italians (he's basically moking foreigners "moking" Italians...). and they don't like stereotypes in general. Also the reference to not being drunk and not taking drugs is referred to the incident at Eurovision when they were accused of snorting cocaine "live" just before the final score was announced.

Really enjoyed your reaction. The band said they wrote this song about two days after they won Eurovision, right as they won they got falsely accused of taking drugs at the competition (they responded with 'test us' straight away which of course disproved it), but they also blew up fame wise. They said they got a lot of hate because of their style and message etc., and they decided to make a tongue in cheek song sort of making fun of it all- these ideas of what rock and roll is. But they also very much have the attitude of- you can throw hate at me but you're still watching, you're making up the crowd of fans. They have quite a healthy attitude to fame it seems, and embrace the fact that when you get to a certain level people will dislike you and have opinions, but not take it personally. Embrace the support you get and just enjoy what you have. As a group they seem to not really drink or party much at all- they just enjoy their music and performing it. Damiano actually- when not doing shows- says he likes to just be home with his cats, herbal tea, and an early night. He's been in a steady long-term relationship for about four years, and he and his band mates are very very close. I really enjoy how as a band these guys take the situations they are put in and run with them- throw hate and they will just make a song showing how much it doesn't bother them. I'm very excited to see what their next songs are about.

The part of song when he said "i don't drink and i don't take drugs" is referred to the false accusations (mainly from french press) on Eurovision song contest on Damiano taking drugs when they just broke a glass.

This song was inspired by a controversy at the eurovisons where the UK claimed the lead singer had taken drugs after and everyone was getting mad at them and being rude. Up until he took a test to prove he hadn't. So no it's not about how Damion is a diva it's about how the government keeps shitting on them cause stereotypes.

no , it is just the other way around. this song is a reaction to the eurovision drama.they got a lot of attention, especially damiano and h did not like it, he is part of a group. and my countrey the netherlands did not even give them some points. he cut his hair. he is not arrogant or a diva.
