Mangalorean Delicious Rice Vada (puri) And Kurma Recipe
Ingredients:
Kurma preparation:
In a pressure cooker
Green peas (one bowl)
Beans pieces (one bowl)
Carrot pieces (one bowl)
Sliced Potato (one big size)
Sliced Onion (one big size)
Sliced Tomato (one medium size)
Add some water
Close the lid and cook it for three whistle
In a blender
Grated coconut (half bowl)
Sliced Onion (two small size)
Ginger (small piece)
Cinnamon (small piece)
Cloves (four)
Cardamom (two)
Javethri (small piece)
Chilli powder (half tablespoon)
Coriander powder (two tablespoon)
Jeera powder (half tablespoon)
Turmeric powder (quarter tablespoon)
Add some water, close the lid and blend
In a vessel
Add oil
Add some mustard seeds
Curry leaves
Add the blended masala (from the blender)
Add the cooked vegetables (from the cooker)
Add salt if required
Add sugar (quarter tablespoon)
Vada (puri) preparation:
Rice flour (three and a half cup)
Roasted rava (quarter cup)
Grated coconut (quarter cup)
Salt to taste
Adjust water, the dough should be like a chapati dough
Do vada (puri) and fry it as shown in the video
