Mango Chilling, Dicing, IQF Processing Line by Innotec Systems BV 

Mango pre-chilling, dicing and IQF freezing line (IQF freezer by OctoFrost Sweden). Ripe half mango's (mango cheeks) +14% brix are cooled in the Innotec Systems screw type chiller from ambient temperature of 27degr. Celsius down to 3 degr. Celsius. Then automatically cut to 10x10 / 20x20 or 25x25mm dices. Then transported by a belt and vibratory shaker into the OctoFrost IQF freezer via a heated and vibrating chute. The diced mango is frozen IQF within a couple of minutes to -23 degr. Celsius.
